“Insight:  the act or result of comprehending the inner nature of things or of seeing intuitively… the divine impartation of knowledge, or wisdom… insight can be said to result in deeper understanding…”  We have seen far too many aspiring actors motivated by fame and fortune.  That is not what IAS is about.  Our unique approach to training equips artists in skill and character for effective service in the entertainment industry.  Our students, as members of an in-sight (visible) community, will learn to examine their motivation.  Why are they being seen?  Are they settling for a lower standard, which goes no further than self-glorification, or are they willing to become extraordinary?  To that end, we foster an environment which not only trains actors to be visible, but to be insightful servant leaders, willing to share their talents with skill and integrity.
